Getting Started

After signing up, you'll set up your business profile with your logo and details. Then navigate to 'Invoices', click 'Create Invoice', add your customer and line items, and you're ready to send!

Yes! Sevoria offers a free plan that includes essential invoicing features. You can create unlimited invoices, manage customers, and track payments at no cost.

Setting up your account takes less than 2 minutes. Just sign up, add your business details and logo, and you're ready to start invoicing.

Invoicing

Absolutely! Your business logo, name, and contact details are automatically added to every invoice you create, giving it a professional, branded look.

Invoices include your business details, customer information, line items with descriptions and prices, invoice number, date, due date, payment terms, and total amount.

Yes, you can add percentage-based or fixed discounts, and configure tax rates for your invoices. These are automatically calculated in the total.

Payments

Each invoice has a status indicator (Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue). You can update the status manually when payments are received, and see all statuses on your dashboard.

We primarily support Nigerian Naira (₦) as we're focused on Nigerian businesses. Support for additional currencies like USD and GBP is coming soon.

This feature is coming soon! You'll be able to send automated payment reminders via email and WhatsApp for overdue invoices.

Security & Privacy

Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your business information.

Only you and team members you explicitly invite can access your invoices. Customer-facing invoice links only show the specific invoice shared.

Yes, you can export your invoices and customer data at any time in CSV or PDF format from the Reports section.
