Getting Started
Set up your Sevoria account and create your first invoice in under 5 minutes.
Welcome to Sevoria
Sevoria is the complete financial toolkit for Nigerian businesses. With Sevoria, you can create professional invoices, issue receipts, track expenses, manage customers, and generate Profit & Loss reports — all from one dashboard.
Create Your Account
Sign up
Head to invoice.sevoria.tech/signup and create your account with your email address. You can also sign in with Google for faster setup.
Set up your business profile
After signing up, you'll be prompted to set up your business profile. Add your:
- Business name — appears on all invoices and receipts
- Logo — uploaded and displayed on documents
- Phone number and email — for customer contact info
- Currency — defaults to Nigerian Naira (₦)
Add your first customer
Navigate to Customers from the sidebar and click Add Customer. Enter their name, email, and phone number. You can also add customers inline while creating invoices — more on that later.
Create Your First Invoice
Go to Invoices
Click Invoices in the sidebar, then click Create Invoice.
Fill in the details
- Select a customer (or create one inline with the + button)
- Set the issue date and due date
- Add line items with description, quantity, and unit price
- The total calculates automatically
Send it
Click Create Invoice to save. Your invoice is ready to share with your customer.
