The Analytics Dashboard gives you a birds-eye view of your business health. No more guessing — see exactly how much you're making and spending in real-time.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see four critical metrics:

| Total Revenue | All income from paid invoices and issued receipts. |
| Total Expenses | Sum of all logged expenses across all categories. |
| Net Profit | Your actual earnings (Revenue minus Expenses). |
| Profit Margin | The percentage of your revenue that is profit. |
Visualizing Trends
Revenue vs. Expenses Chart
A monthly bar chart shows your income side-by-side with your spending. This helps you identify:
- Seasonal peaks in your business.
- Months where expenses were unusually high.
- Consistent growth patterns.
Data Freshness
Your dashboard updates instantly every time you:
- Mark an invoice as Paid.
- Issue a new Receipt.
- Log a new Expense.
Analytics are private to your account. Only you can see your business performance data.
Using Insights to Grow
