The Settings section is where you control how your business appears to your customers and manage your account details.
Business Profile
Your business profile information appears on every invoice and receipt you generate.
- Business Name — Your official trading name.
- Logo — Upload your logo to give your documents a professional look.
- Contact Details — Your business email and phone number.
- Address — (Optional) Your physical or mailing address.
Branding
Personalizing your documents helps build trust with your clients.
- Logo Placement — Your logo is automatically positioned in the header of your invoices and receipts.
- Custom Notes — You can set default notes or terms (like bank details) to appear on all new invoices.
Preferences
Currency
By default, Sevoria is optimized for the Nigerian Naira (₦). You can verify your currency settings here.
Date Format
Choose how dates are displayed on your documents (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY).
Account Management
- Update Email — Change the email address used for logging in.
- Security — Manage your password and active sessions.
- Subscription — View your current plan and manage billing (if applicable).
